These Terms govern your use of cisnerosbrand.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and accept these Terms in full.

Because every Cisneros piece is handmade in limited runs, availability may change without notice. Colour and finish may vary slightly from the images shown; these variations are a signature of hand-loomed silk and are not considered defects.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is captured when your order is confirmed.

All content on this site — including designs, images, text and the Cisneros name — is the exclusive property of Cisneros Maison and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Cisneros' liability is limited to the value of the piece you have purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
