Cisneros ships to over 90 countries. Every order leaves our atelier in Dubai wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a signature Cisneros box — ready to be gifted or worn.

• Europe: 3–5 business days · From €15, complimentary above €300.
• United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 business days · From £15 / CHF 18.
• United States & Canada: 4–6 business days · From $25.

All shipments are dispatched via DHL Express with tracking and signature on delivery.

For destinations outside the UAE and the EU, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged upon delivery by the local carrier. Cisneros is unable to pre-estimate these amounts as they are set by each country's customs authority.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. You may also track your orders from your Cisneros account.
